Moser Oil Begins Nationwide JV Outreach Ahead of Nov. 19 BIA Data Review

Federal Reopening, BIA Access, and AI-Driven Field Modeling Position the Firm for a Multi-Partner 2026 Expansion

Cherokee-owned Moser Oil, LLC announced today that it has begun formal outreach to small and mid-sized joint-venture groups across the United States, coinciding with the federal government’s reopening and renewed access to critical Bureau of Indian Affairs oilfield data.

Founder and Managing Partner Eric Moser will meet with Steven at the BIA on November 19 at 10:00 AM to retrieve the full suite of Osage County field files — including plats, drilling records, and decades of completion reports — marking a pivotal next step for the company’s AI-supported exploration models.

“Once that data is in my hands, the real due-diligence grind begins,” said Moser. “We’re ready to run every record through our system, identify overlooked zones, validate legacy production patterns, and position multiple JVs to take advantage of the best opportunities in the county.”

Nationwide JV Interest Builds as Moser Opens the Pipeline

Moser confirmed he is already in active discussions with several small-to-medium-sized JV groups around the country, all expressing interest in programs that combine legacy field upside with modern intelligence.

He emphasized that multiple partnerships — rather than a single capital source — create a stronger long-term strategy:

“Real oil men understand the game. Rockefeller said it best: I’d rather own 1% of 100 wells than 100% of one.

Multiple JV groups shorten the sales cycle, bring real experience to the table, and spread risk intelligently. Most importantly, it brings fresh eyes into areas where great prospects are sitting untouched.”

Because Moser Oil acquires, analyzes, and packages opportunities wholesale, he noted that JV partners often receive access to prospects at a fraction of the true cost of identifying and developing them independently.

“There’s plenty of meat on the bone,” Moser said. “Our goal is simple — get our partners into real opportunities at real numbers.”

BIA Records: The Missing Link to Unlocking Osage County

With BIA access restarting, the firm expects to finalize its first wave of AI-assisted field models shortly after receiving the November 19 data packet. These models integrate:

  • Surface files

  • Legacy completions

  • Mapping layers

  • Production histories

  • Trend correlations

  • Pay-zone pattern recognition

This will allow Moser Oil to rapidly validate and rank prospects for JV deployment across proven and underdeveloped corridors in Osage County.

A Clear Path Forward

Moser stated that he expects to have all necessary field data and supporting records ready for a full, exhaustive due-diligence cycle within one week of the BIA pickup.

“This is about bringing discipline back to private oil investment,” Moser said. “We’re doing the work — every record, every trend, every report. And the partners who come with us now will be first in line for the best deals in 2026.”
