Moser Oil Announces Operational Expansion, Verified New Acreage Prospects, and Strategic JV Engagements Amid Accelerating Redevelopment Program

Moser Oil today announced a significant operational update reflecting rapid momentum across its redevelopment strategy, acreage position, and partnership pipeline—reinforcing the firm’s disciplined approach to building real production in proven fields while the current economic and political environment remains supportive of domestic energy growth.

Verified Acreage Position and Producing Assets

Moser Oil has now secured control or contractual interest in approximately 2,000 acres across multiple high-producing leases, encompassing several dozen existing wells, many of which are already producing. These assets sit in proven trends with established infrastructure and historical production profiles that support disciplined redevelopment.

In addition, Moser Oil has recently identified and verified a new, highly compelling prospect of approximately 300 acres, containing 24–25 additional wells, several of which are currently producing. These wells have been confirmed through the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) database, with a site visit underway to validate lease condition, infrastructure integrity, and redevelopment readiness.

Proven Depths, Proven Trends — Real Production Potential

The newly identified prospects include two distinct producing profiles:

Bartlesville trend leases at approximately 2,000 feet, historically yielding 150–200 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) in strong trends

Shallower leases at approximately 1,000 feet, with established production in the 40–50 BOPD range

Founder Eric Moser likens the opportunity set to a disciplined portfolio approach:

“Some zones behave like nickel slots, others like dollar slots. Anyone who’s spent real time in the oilfield knows the speculative nature of the business—but when you find a paying machine in the right trend, the returns can be substantial, sometimes life-changing. The difference is we’re not pulling a lever blindly—we’re doing the work.”

Unlike speculative financial instruments, these projects carry tangible production, real assets, and meaningful tax advantages, rewarding those willing to deploy capital responsibly while contributing to domestic energy stability and economic growth.

Strategic JV and Brokerage Engagements Underway

Over the past week, Moser Oil has established direct contact with:

Six large brokerage and JV investment firms

Six smaller, operator-focused firms with genuine interest in long-term development partnerships

These discussions are centered on programmatic partnerships designed to rapidly identify, fund, and execute redevelopment projects that benefit Moser Oil, JV partners, and investors alike—with a sharp focus on portfolio diversification and durable passive revenue streams.

Mr. Moser emphasized that not all capital is equal:

“We’re not interested in firms that are simply good at raising money. We’re looking for legitimate partners—groups that want production for themselves and their investors, and who are willing to stand behind the work, not just the pitch.”

A Disciplined Strategy in Proven Fields

Moser Oil’s growth strategy is deliberately focused on the best producing states, the best producing counties, and the best producing fields. The company is not chasing unproven plays or speculative frontiers.

“There are millions of barrels still in the ground in known fields,” Mr. Moser stated. “You don’t need new plays—you need the right team, the right data, and the discipline to do the due diligence correctly.”

By combining historical field knowledge, modern AI-driven analysis, and boots-on-the-ground verification, Moser Oil is positioning itself to move decisively while opportunity conditions remain favorable.

Building While the Window Is Open

With improving market sentiment, supportive policy conditions, and renewed interest in domestic production, Moser Oil believes the present moment offers a rare window to make outsized progress.

“If we put our heads down and execute,” said Mr. Moser, “we can make enormous strides while the opportunities are still wide open.”
