Eric Moser Re-Enters the Oil & Gas Sector, Targeting High-Value Lease Redevelopment in Osage County

After a decade of success in multiple industries, Eric Moser, Founder of Moser Oil, has officially announced his return to the oil and gas sector — a move driven by both opportunity and conviction.

“Given the shifting financial climate and the new administration’s evolving energy agenda, I knew it was time to get back into the business that built my foundation,” said Moser. “The fundamentals are aligning again — and this time, we’re approaching it with a sharper strategy, deeper due diligence, and a focus on high-yield domestic production.”

Strategic Focus: Osage and Creek County

After an exhaustive six-month review process involving direct engagement with operators, supply chain leaders, and mineral owners, Eric Moser has zeroed in on Osage County as his primary area of focus—an intentional and strategic decision rooted in both geological value and cultural alignment.

The Osage Legacy Fields are among the most historically productive in the continental United States, with a century-long record of steady, high-gravity oil production. Over 320 million barrels have been produced from Osage formations since initial development, and the region still yields more than 3,500 barrels per day across active leases. With vast acreage of underutilized and virgin zones, the Osage remains a premier conventional oil province—one that continues to deliver consistent recovery rates and long-lived production curves when operated with discipline and modern methodology.

Moser’s decision to concentrate efforts here is more than economic—it’s personal. As a citizen of the Cherokee Nation, Moser’s return to the field is guided by a sense of stewardship and respect for tribal lands and governance. His existing collaboration with TERO (Tribal Employment Rights Office) under his other ventures has established a smooth framework for tribal partnership, compliance, and workforce engagement. That foundation allows Moser Oil to work directly and respectfully with the Osage Minerals Council and local authorities rather than relying solely on OCC oversight, ensuring that operations align with tribal sovereignty, cultural integrity, and economic benefit to the Nation itself.

In Moser’s words:

“The Osage fields are sacred ground in more ways than one—they’ve sustained families, fueled Oklahoma’s economy, and proven for over a century that true value lies beneath the surface. My goal is to help restore that legacy responsibly, with transparency and respect for the people who own it.”

High-Value Redevelopment Plan Underway

Moser Oil is in the final stages of formalizing an operating agreement that would provide full operational authority over a multi-lease block in the Osage trend. This includes both producing and non-producing units — many in need of modest work overs, electrical upgrades, and flow line rehabilitation to restore significant output.

“We’re not speculating. We’re reviving,” said Moser. “These are proven zones with existing infrastructure, documented production histories, and the geological characteristics that can yield consistent returns with responsible stewardship.”

Positioned for Institutional-Grade Investors

Once finalized, Moser Oil plans to structure the opportunity into accredited investor offerings through its Capital Desk Program — providing transparent data, AFE budgets, and third-party verification for investors seeking legitimate upside with measured risk.

With Moser’s background in venture structuring, compliance, and asset packaging, the initiative aims to blend institutional-level due diligence with the operational grit of traditional wildcatters.

“This is about rebuilding responsibly,” added Moser. “We’re proving that the next era of domestic production will be led by disciplined operators with strong governance and an eye for long-term value.”
